SHIPPING POLICY
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
We ship every day and usually within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. There are times when it gets busy and can take a little longer. All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch. We work with Australia Post who do their best even when network disruptions cause delays that are outside of our control. This doesn’t apply to our bulky goods category, or those items being shipped from our affiliate partners.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Standard shipping within Australia can take from 2 to 7 days (if you spend more than $250 in one go, postage is free*)
Express shipping within Australia which can take 1 to 3 days
Please note we are based in Sydney, NSW - freight times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping times are a rough guideline and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, wild weather, or other delivery issues outside of our reasonable control.
For international shipping, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be

WHAT HAPPENS TO ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ PARCELS?
Please be careful when entering your address details! If a parcel comes back to us marked return to sender, we will charge a re-posting fee to send it out to you again!
