History of The Sideboard
The sideboard was a late eighteenth-century development and sprang from the table. It is said to have originated by Robert Adam, a Neo-Classical Architect and Designer who introduced the custom of placing a large wooden vase-like urn on a pedestal at each end of a side table.
Sideboards are versatile and can add both style and functionality to your home. They have evolved to become a focal point in modern interior design.
Our Palm Springs Buffet is the new classic with solid, stained mango wood, woven cane doors, and minimalist brass hardware.
